Gross Revenue: This tab displays the total gross revenue earned on the orders completed.
Customer Cancellations: This tab shows the total value of the orders canceled by the customer after placing the order.
Canceled by you: This tab shows the total value of orders canceled by you after receiving them.
Sales trend: This bar graph shows the number of orders received during a particular time. You can download data in a PDF form using the ‘Download PDF’ button.
Operation Metrics: This pie chart shows your average acceptance, processing and delivery time.
Top Selling products: This chart shows the top products that have been ordered multiple times by your customers. You can see the total amount of revenue received by these top selling products and also the total number of units ordered.
Reviews and ratings: This pie and line chart shows the rating that your customers have been given to your store based on their experience. A 1–5-star rating scale is given to your customer after the order is completed, the customers select any star based on their experience, where 1 means the lowest rating and 5 means the highest.
ii. Business Overview
This section is present in the Home tab of the application. Here you can see the aggregate view of your business activities.
You can filter your business activities overview by time. You can see the business done that day, that week, that month or that year.
Sales (GMV: Gross Merchandize Value): Gross merchandise value is a monetary value for total merchandise sold through your website over a certain time frame. You can see the order revenue amount and the number of orders received. You can also see the revenue amount and total order of the previous day, week, month, or year according to what you select.
Average Order Value (AOV): Average order value tracks the average amount of money spent each time a customer places an order on you. It is calculated by dividing total revenue by number of orders. In this tab, you can see the current AOV as well as the previous day, week, month or year.
Pending Orders: This tab shows the number of orders that you have received but not completed. You can also see the ‘View Pending Orders’ to see the orders that you are yet to fulfill.
Customers: This tab shows the number of customers that have placed order(s) on your website. The statistics also divide the customers on the basis of repeat purchases or first-time purchase.
