How can I cancel an order?

Overview

When there is a problem in delivery or the buyer cancels an order due to a certain inconvenience, there comes a requirement for cancellation of the order. 

To cancel the order,

Unizap App

  1. Under the ‘Orders’ section, click on a particular order and scroll down to the bottom. Click on Cancel Order.                            

  2. A confirmation message appears that confirms that the payment will be re-initiated for a refund.                                               

  3. Click on yes, and the order will be displayed in the Cancelled section.                                                                                              

Unizap Desktop

  1. Under the ‘Manage orders’ section, click on a particular order and click on ‘more action’ on the top right side of the control panel. Click on Cancel Order from the dropdown menu.                                                                                                                    

  2. A confirmation message appears that confirms that the payment will be re-initiated for a refund.
  3. Click on yes, and the order will be displayed in the Cancelled section.
