How do I write comments for a specific order?

Overview

Comments are a very flexible way for the merchant to interact with the buyer as the contact details are not always handy with the merchant. Hence to update the buyer with small details, a merchant can use the comments section anytime.

Unizap App

To leave a comment,

  1. Go to the orders section and click on a particular order.                                                                                                                    

  2. Scroll to the ‘Order Tracking’ section and click on the leave comment tab.                                                                                     
     
  3. Now write the desired comment and click on Post.                                                                                                                             

  4. The comment is displayed on the buyer's side.

Unizap Desktop

To leave a comment,

  1. Go to the Manage Order section.                                                                                                                                                          

  2. Select a particular order and click on View Details.
  3. Under the order tracking tab, click on the comment box.                                                                                                                   

  4. Now write the desired comment and click on Post.                                                                                                                             

  5. The comment is displayed on the buyer's side.
