Accessing customer details for an order is vital for effective order management and customer service. This overview provides instructions for viewing customer details on both the app and desktop platforms, ensuring merchants can access essential information like delivery addresses and contact details.

Unizap App

To view the customer details of an order,
  1. Go to the orders section and click on a particular order.                                                                                                                    

  2. The customer details are displayed under the customer details tab.                                                                                                 

  3. The delivery address and the contact info of the buyer is available here.

Unizap Desktop

To view the Customer details of an order, 
  1. Go to the Manage Order section
  2. Select a particular order and click on View Details.                                                                                                                             

  3. The customer details of the order are visible below the customer tab.                                                                                             

  4. The contact info and the delivery address of the buyer are visible here.
  5. The ‘Copy to Clipboard’( paste icon here) icon allows you to copy the delivery address of the buyer.                                          

  6. The ‘Show On Map’ option allows you to view the delivery location of the buyer on the map. This allows the merchant to get an idea about the estimated delivery time and date.


The ‘Copy to Clipboard’ option and the ‘View on Map’ feature are only available in the desktop panel.
