Uploading Bulk Stock

Unizap App

  1. Click on the ‘Upload Bulk Stock’, from the three dots in the top right side.

  2. Choose the Excel file where you keep track of your inventory and upload the same.

  3. If you do not have an Excel sheet for your inventory, you can click on ‘Download Sample File’ and enable editing for the same.

  4. This might save you time with respect to the inventory format. Click on ‘Submit’.

Unizap Desktop

Click on the ‘Import or Export Products’, available on the top, highlighted within a blue box.

  1. ‘Update Inventory file’ is one where all your inventory (both from custom and master products) is managed and updated with respect to pricing, quantity, etc.  You can directly integrate it with your POS and upload the sheet by clicking on ‘Upload Inventory File’ for minimal hassle.

  2. ‘Upload Master Product’ is one where you need to upload the Excel data from your POS that contains the barcodes of your product. The only purpose of the master product is that all the barcodes that match with the master catalogue of Unzip get added automatically to your inventory.

  3. ‘Upload Custom Product’ is one where you need to upload the excel data of your inventory that is not available in our master catalo and upload the sheet by clicking on upload custom product and uploading it henceforth.

  4. In order to understand the format for each of these uploads, click on the respective upload (update inventory file, for instance), and go to ‘Download Sample File’ to get a sample format.

Your stock is uploaded in bulk.
