How to ship products manually?

Overview:

Self-delivery provides merchants with the option to deliver orders themselves, either due to proximity to the delivery location or the availability of their own delivery agents. This option ensures greater control over the delivery process.


Following are steps to enable the self-delivery option:

Unizap App

  1. Under the orders section, click on any order .   
  2. Scroll down and click on ship order.                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                              
  3. Click on 'Ship Yourself option'.                                                                                                           
     
  4. Now fill up all the details and now your product is ready to be shipped.                              

  •   The tracking no.,

  •   The name of the shipping carrier, 

  •   Dispatch time, 

  •   The expected delivery time and

  •   The contact of the executive                                                                                                            



Unizap Desktop

  1. Under the manage orders section, click on “view details” to scroll down and press the ‘ship order’ option.                                                                                                                                       
                                                                        
  2. In the top right side of the ship order section, select ‘ship manually’ and you are eligible for self delivery.                                                                                                                                          
  3. Once the order is eligible for self delivery, a blue box appears where you have the option to add the following details for convenience on both ends:

  •   The tracking no.,

  •   The name of the shipping carrier, 

  •   Dispatch time, 

  •   The expected delivery time and

  •   The contact of the executive 


  Your shipment is ready to be processed henceforth.

   - Yes, you can track self-delivered orders using the provided tracking number and details of the shipping carrier. This allows both you and the buyer to monitor the delivery status.
