How to upload multiple product?

The most time-consuming process in creating an online store is getting your products added to the inventory. You might be wondering, what if you need to add products manually? Don’t worry, Unizap has got you covered.

Following are 2 simple ways that will help you add multiple products within just seconds of finishing your morning tea, without any hassle.

Catalogue Builder

It can make your life 10x easier. Here’s how: It is a master catalog that provides 1,50,000+ products from various categories (groceries, books for instance) that can be added to your catalog in a single click. 

Unizap App

  1. Under the products tab, click on add products.                                                                                                    
  2. Click on the “Try now” button under catalog builder. Here, you have the option to choose from the categories and brands. You can also use the search tab to search for a particular brand or category.                                                                                              
                                   
  3. Click on a particular category and choose the appropriate sub category from the dropdown. Now, select all the products you want to add to your inventory at once.                                                                               

  4. After successful selection, click on  ‘Add x products’.                                                                                           

  5. You have the option to update the selling price and quantity of all the selected products. After doing so, click on ‘Add to my store’. The products are made visible in your store catalogue.

Unizap Desktop

  1. Go to Catalogue, Under Manage Products, and click on the ‘Add Product’ option, in the top right side highlighted in blue.                                                                                                             
  2. Choose ‘Catalog Builder’ from the dropdown menu. Here, you have the option to choose from the categories and brands. You can also use the search tab to search for a particular brand or category.                                                                                                                                
  3. Click on a particular category and choose the appropriate subcategory from the dropdown. Now, select all the products you want to add to your inventory at once.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
  4. After successful selection, click on ‘Add to my store'.                                                         
  5. You have the option to update the selling price and quantity of all the selected products. After doing so, click on ‘Add to my store’. The products are made visible in your store catalog. 

        Click on ‘Sync Now’, so that your inventory is updated and displayed on the storefront.

 

Barcode scanner: 

Following are 4 steps to get your products added in bulk, in just a wink via a barcode scanner.  

Unizap App

  1. Under the Products tab, click on ‘Add product’.
  2. Click on the ‘Scan barcode and add product’ option to scan a product.                                        
  3. Once the frame identifies the barcode, it will display the product via a pop-up if it has it present in its master catalog.                                                                                                            
  4. Click on ‘Add’ to add the product. Press on ‘View all checked products’ and tick the checkbox, to add the respective product.
